Smaller Associations don’t have to pay higher prices just because they order fewer patches.

By partnering with other Associations, you can combine orders with larger groups—without ordering more than you need.

By joining together, Associations can:
• Access lower pricing per patch
• Order only what they need—without overpaying

We help coordinate the process so everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

A minimum order of 50 patches is required for each style (200 Game, 500 Series, etc.)

How it works:

1. Contact us to begin the process.

2. We help to identify smaller Associations in your State.

3. Order quantities are combined to meet bulk pricing thresholds.

4. Each Association within a bulk group receives our customized patches that will have their State Name (e.g. Nevada Assn ).

5. The larger Association of a Bulk Order will be responsible for the payment to Bowler Award Patches. We may request a downpayment to start the order.
