1. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars

• Bowler Award Patches currently accepts payment by check only

• Orders may not begin production until final proofs have been approved.

• For larger bulk orders a partial payment may be required.

Payment Terms:

• Checks must be made payable to: UCC - Express, Inc

• Payments are due within 10 Days from receiving patches and enclosed invoice.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

2. Use of Website

By using this website, you agree to:

• Use the site for lawful purposes only

• Not engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the website

• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access if these terms are violated.

3. Products & Orders

Product Information

not guarantee that all information is error-free.Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any

order at our discretion.

Custom Orders

Many of our products are custom-made. By placing a custom order, you agree that:

• All submitted details (text, sizes, colors, quantities) are accurate

• Proofs (if provided) must be reviewed and approved before production

• Custom items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective or incorrect

Bulk Orders

Large or association-based orders may require additional processing time. Pricing, timelines, and

specifications will be confirmed prior to production.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped when all patches have been completed and will be shipped via

U.S.P.S.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order size and carrier delays

• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or external factors

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional charges may

apply for reshipment due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Custom orders are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect

• Any issues must be reported within 7–10 days of delivery

• Approved replacements or corrections will be handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Intellectual PropertyAll content on this website—including logos, patch designs, images, text, and graphics—is the

property of Bowler Award Patches and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written

7. Limitation of Liability
